Qualifying Trade-In Must:
• Have at least the manufacturer's base configuration for that model.
• Be in good working order.
• Have at least the original configuration amount of memory, a working hard drive, a CD or DVD or CDRW, plus a battery if a notebook.
• Be free of discoloration and major dents and scratching (minor wear and tear is acceptable).
• Have an unbroken color screen free of burns, with no broken plastic parts if a notebook.
